If you have received an order confirmation via email, please return the email with the subject ‚Afbestilling‘. The cancellation must be received by us before 3pm the same day as the order is placed.

Cooling off period:

You have 14 days in which you can return the goods for a full refund as long as the goods and packaging are in original undamaged condition. We will refund the full amount within 30 days. Please attach a copy of your receipt and bank details for transfer of the refund. Return delivery on non-faulty goods will be funded by the buyer.




All products purchased at come with 2 years warranty unless other stated on the receipt. Complaints regarding broken or missing parts must be made within a reasonable time after the receipt of goods. If in the unlikely event of the product braking within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge as long as it is a manufacturing fault.

Damage such as operator error, handling error, wrong type of ammunition, modifications or grossly misuse by the user, will not be covered by warranty.

Returned goods, not covered by warranty and/or received without intact packaging, will be re-packed at the necessary cost which will be passed onto the customer.



Warranty claims:

The customer is strongly encouraged to declare any faulty or missing parts to speed up the warranty process. The customer MUST attach a copy of the receipt together with the completed warranty application. Goods returned as COD or without postage will not be accepted by



Return of non-faulty goods:

Where the customer has indicated faulty goods, but after which faults cannot be found upon testing, the goods will be returned to the customer inclusive of a test fee of kr. 250.00 per hour.  The test fee covers the time spent on testing and looking for faults indicated by the customer.

The customer must attach a copy of the receipt together with a completed warranty application. Any accessories included must be stated on the warranty application. If it is not stated cannot be held responsible for any loss of such accessories.


Safe return of goods:

All products returned to must be sent in suitable packaging. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may affect your statuary rights.
